raspios_full_armhf_latest.zip = full arm latest - is the "desktop" OS with recommended software

raspios_armhf_latest.zip is 32 bit desktop version

raspios_lite_armhf_latest.zip is the "lite" minimal without dekstop

ubuntu-20.04.1-arm64raspi.img.xz is ubuntu 64 bit - 20.04 server for Pi 3 or 4

comp1203 is minimal with WiFi AP for computer systems 1

on Win10 just download balenaEtcher: https://www.balena.io/etcher/
